Refund Policy

1. 7-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to feel confident when you start practicing with AceCelpip. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.

Refund approvals are reserved for light usage. To be eligible, both of the following must be true: fewer than 10 practice questions and no more than 2 mock exams.

If you contact us after 7 days, we can still review your request. When there has been no practice activity, we can usually approve a refund.

2. How to request a refund

Sign in to AceCelpip with the account you want refunded. Go to the Help Center and open the chat widget in the lower-right corner. Before you connect with support, our system will show a summary of your refund eligibility.

You can also email us at support@acecelpip.com with:

  • Your full name and account email address.
  • Purchase date.
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

We review requests within 3-5 business days.

3. When refunds are less likely to be approved

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window with meaningful use.
  • Usage beyond the light-usage thresholds (10+ practice questions or more than 2 mock exams).
  • Dissatisfaction with scores or exam outcomes.
  • Account abuse or sharing that violates our terms.

4. Duplicate or unauthorized payments

If you were charged multiple times or notice an unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately. Once verified, we will issue a full refund.

5. Chargebacks and account access

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing a dispute without contacting support may pause account access while the review is in progress. We will do our best to resolve billing issues fairly.

6. Refund timing and receipts

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. If you contact us within 14 days of a charge, mistaken purchases are usually eligible for a refund. After processing, we email a receipt to the address on your account. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.

7. Cancelling your subscription

To cancel a subscription, follow the steps in our cancellation guide or contact support. Deleting your AceCelpip account also cancels active subscriptions to prevent future charges.
